Eligibility

Most adult students will qualify for some form of financial assistance. Financial assistance may be in the form of grants or loans. Completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) will determine your eligibility. Even applicants with incomes in the 15% tax bracket or higher can still qualify for low interest government educational loans. The FAFSA is not a credit check.  It is a needs analysis.

There are very few who do not qualify. Examples of those who do not qualify are those:

  1. Currently in default of a government educational student loan.
  2. Convicted of an illegal drug offense since age 18.
  3. Not registered for the Selective Service, if born after 1975.
