MS, Nursing Admission Requirements
The admission requirements for entry into the Master of Science in Nursing program are:
- Admission to the Graduate School with Full or Conditional Standing.
- Baccalaureate degree in nursing from a nationally accredited program.
- Current unemcumbered registered nurse licensure in Oklahoma or eligibility for same.
- Documentation of basic computer skills.
- Successful completion of a basic statistics course.
- Brief statement of professional goals.
- Three letters of recommendation speaking to applicant’s qualification to pursue graduate education.
- TOEFL score of 550 or higher for foreign educated students. Those who have successfully completed a college degree program in an English-speaking university or in the United States do not need to submit the TOEFL.
